For the last 10 years, I have been teaching organisational development, change, and project management at university. I have also worked as a coach, leadership trainer, facilitated for organisations and leaders, and participated in organisational development and change management projects.

I earned my team coaching certificate in the USA and my trainer and coach certificate in Hungary, I have never been an advocate of following just one methodology or philosophy, as every person and every organisation is complex and unique and can never be drawn to a template. so I can apply and mix different insights and tools depending on what is needed.

Unique Framework

I started developing a framework in my dissertation, which I have been using ever since. I tried to find solutions and focus on the areas that are the most challenging for companies. Such as resistance to change and the long-term sustainability of new solutions. This is a framework, for which I build a process after assessing the organisation and based on the needs.

Over 10 years ago, one of my managers and professional mentors started me on this journey and we focused specifically on organisational development. He always stressed the importance of following up and feedback in addition to a systems approach and always proved the power of it.
