What is Leadership Management?

The new millennium does not only require new organisational models but also reshaping the world of businnes including leadership. Leadership tools and attitudes need to adapt to the changed environment as much as the organisation. The two can only go hand in hand to be effective. It’s like trying to turn a wheel but the spokes are loose. We will never get the best performance out of it. It will be efficient if everything is one unit and the spokes can hold the frame together.

Leadership development

The challenges of the 21st century require a 21st century leader and in many ways a different attitude to the past, for example in communication or conflict management. Emotional intelligence, for example, or empowerment and flexibility are becoming increasingly important and require a confident self-awareness. Leadership development will thus also become a priority in the life of organisations. The form of the development will be determined according to the needs of the client and the areas that need to be developed depending on the readiness of the leaders.

Coaching

I usually offer a 4-day group course for beginner managers, complemented by individual coaching. Once we have a base, we can build on this through individual work.

For practising managers, individual coaching is usually the most effective, but there have been occasions when a client has specifically requested a group training course. This is of course also possible.

The service can be implemented as a complementary element of the change process or as a stand-alone programme.
