Exploring the possibilities
Then we look at the current situation. Then, based on the lessons of the past and the challenges of the present, we identify directions and focus for the organisation. And the techniques used in the process are tailored to the needs of the organisation, taking into account its specificities. And after the process is completed, I provide a follow-up for all corporations, free of charge.
Follow-up
During the follow-up, I ask for feedback from the company and its managers on the progress made and the effectiveness of maintaining the new methodology. Most of the time, this includes team coaching sessions with the client. These are all free of charge for the client, regardless of the quantity.
Why? Because it’s feedback for me too, and I only close a job when I’m sure everything is going well and I can let it go.
