The present notice applies to the website operating under the domain name organizationalcoachings.com (hereinafter referred to as the website) managed by Dr. Georgina Stréhli (hereinafter referred to as the operator).

The website and its content (all textual content, photos, as well as the graphic and technical structure of the website) are protected by copyright (Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright). It is prohibited to use or copy all or part of the website content without the prior written permission of the operator. Any unauthorised use, infringement of intellectual property rights will result in criminal and civil penalties. The website operator may claim compensation for any material or moral damage suffered as a result of such infringement.

The operator of the website respects the fundamental constitutional right to the protection of personal data, and when processing the personal data provided by visitors to the website, it acts in accordance with the data protection provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information, subject to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (the “GDPR” Regulation 2016/679) and the Swiss Data Protection Act (235.1 Federal Act of 25 September 2020 on Data Protection (Data Protection Act, FADP)).

The operator of the website processes the personal data provided (data for sending messages, requesting offers, newsletter subscription forms, in the case of an online shop, the data provided at registration and the data related to individual orders), in order to clearly identify the interested party, for the purpose of effective communication, possible request for an offer (making an offer) and in the case of an online shop, for the purpose of fulfilling the order, with the consent of the interested party.

Personal data provided through the website will be kept by the website operator until the customer relationship is established or, in the case of a contract, until the expiry of the limitation period for the enforceability of rights and obligations arising from the contract, and personal data required for invoicing (name, address of residence/registered office) until the expiry of the period for keeping records required by tax and accounting legislation.

The operator and owner of the website does not use a data processor, and the personal data provided through the website is treated confidentially and is not transferred to third countries. Data will only be transferred in the case of a contract for the performance of accounting tasks, the details of which will be set out in the individual contract.
