For the last 10 years, I have been teaching organisational development, change, and project management at university. I have also worked as a coach, leadership trainer, facilitated for organisations and leaders, and participated in organisational development and change management projects.

I earned my team coaching diploma in the USA and my trainer and coach diploma in Hungary, in addition to gaining insights into German philosophy and practice. I have never been an advocate of following just one methodology or philosophy, as every person and every organisation is complex and unique and can never be drawn to a template. so I can apply and mix different insights and tools depending on what is needed.
